WHEEL REMOVAL & INSPECTION
The wheel is removed from the car, and then the tyre removed from the wheel. We then check for any buckles or cracks. - 2
STRIPPING
We place the wheel in chemicals to remove the paint. - 3
BLASTING
It is then put in our automatic wheel blaster to remove surface contamination and residue

CLEANED & PRIMED
The wheel is then cleaned, and prepped for the powder primer. - 5
COLOUR CHOICE
After the wheel is primed, we can then apply the colour of your choice. - 6POWDER LACQUERFollowing this, we apply a powder lacquer to make the finish more durable
- 7QUALITY CONTROLThe wheel is then double checked for a quality finish
- 8Wheel BalancingThe tyre is then refitted onto the wheel, and then balanced using the our laser guided balancer equipment
- 9WHEEL FITTED & TORQUEDThe wheel is then re-fitted on to the car, and the wheel torqued to manufacturers specifications
A diamond cut process creates a super shiny, metallic finish that looks similar to the surface of a CD, with very fine lines running around the circumference of the wheel.
While going through a similar process to the standard finish, after the wheel is first painted or powder coated, a lathe is then used to remove a very thin layer of the painted surface from the face of the wheel to create that dazzling finish.
