Standard Finish
Our standard finish is a popular choice for alloy wheel refurbishment because it is durable, and easy to maintain. This process involves:
  1. 1

    WHEEL REMOVAL & INSPECTION

The wheel is removed from the car, and then the tyre removed from the wheel. We then check for any buckles or cracks.
  2. 2

    STRIPPING

We place the wheel in chemicals to remove the paint.
  3. 3

    BLASTING

It is then put in our automatic wheel blaster to remove surface contamination and residue

  4. 4

    CLEANED & PRIMED

The wheel is then cleaned, and prepped for the powder primer.
  5. 5

    COLOUR CHOICE

After the wheel is primed, we can then apply the colour of your choice.
  6. 6
    POWDER LACQUER
Following this, we apply a powder lacquer to make the finish more durable
  7. 7
    QUALITY CONTROL
The wheel is then double checked for a quality finish
  8. 8
    Wheel Balancing
The tyre is then refitted onto the wheel, and then balanced using the our laser guided balancer equipment
  9. 9
    WHEEL FITTED & TORQUED
The wheel is then re-fitted on to the car, and the wheel torqued to manufacturers specifications

Diamond cut

A diamond cut process creates a super shiny, metallic finish that looks similar to the surface of a CD, with very fine lines running around the circumference of the wheel.

While going through a similar process to the standard finish, after the wheel is first painted or powder coated, a lathe is then used to remove a very thin layer of the painted surface from the face of the wheel to create that dazzling finish.
